S17 Episode 3 Multiple Lives and Reincarnation

Just listening to this and up to the bit when he is talking about possibly dying, meeting with spirit guides and being given the opportunity to reset. I have heard and read before that when we plan our lives before we incarnate here that we have several possible exit points where we can choose to remain or go. This sounds like it is an example of that.
