It was 1975, and Roy was learning to drive with his mother in Hornsby, NSW. They were driving down a steep road near their home when suddenly they saw a strange object with red and green lights hovering just 10 meters away. Roy started to do a three-point turn, and that’s the last memory he has of the incident. Six months later, Roy and his mother talked about the incident but couldn’t remember how they got home or any other memory of that night.
